Method
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Step 3: In a small bowl, mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Step 4: Sprinkle seasoning mix over potatoes and toss until all pieces are well coated.
- Step 5: Spread potatoes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet, cut side down.
- Step 6: Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Step 7: Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Step 8: Taste and add salt if needed before serving warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, don't overcrowd the pan. Leftovers reheat well in air fryer!
