No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients
  

  • 36 Oreo cookies divided
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 mini Oreos for garnish

Method
 

  1. Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or ziplock bag and rolling pin.
  2. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter until fully combined, then press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy (about 3 minutes).
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  6. Crush remaining 12 Oreos into chunks and fold into the filling mixture.
  7. Pour filling over crust, smooth the top, and garnish with mini Oreos.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) before serving.

Notes

For easier slicing, run a hot knife under water before cutting. Store covered in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Can be frozen for up to 1 month - thaw in fridge before serving.
