- Step 1: Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper, sauté for 3 minutes until softened.
- Step 2: Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook for 5 minutes until no pink remains.
- Step 3: Stir in garlic and taco seasoning, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 4: Pour in water and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Step 5: Meanwhile, wash and dry lettuce leaves, keeping them whole for cups.
- Step 6: Assemble wraps by spooning turkey mixture into lettuce cups. Top with avocado slices, cheese, and a dollop of yogurt.
- Step 7: Serve immediately with lime wedges for squeezing over the top.
Notes
For extra crunch, add some diced radishes or jicama. Leftover filling keeps well for 3 days in the fridge - just reheat before serving.
