- Roast the garlic by preheating the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off the garlic, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Add roasted garlic and 1/4 cup olive oil, kneading until incorporated.
- Let the dough rise in a warm spot for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking pan. Press your fingers into the dough to create dimples.
- Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

For extra flavor, try adding fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme to the dough.
