White Cheddar and Spinach Chicken Burgers are juicy, flavorful, and packed with wholesome ingredients like lean chicken, fresh spinach, and creamy white cheddar.
1 lb ground chicken
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Burger buns of your choice
Optional toppings: sliced tomatoes, red onions, and lettuce
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar, and chopped spinach. Add breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
2. Shape the mixture into burger patties of your desired size.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
4. While the burgers are cooking, toast the buns lightly on a separate pan or grill.
5. Assemble your burgers by placing the cooked patty on the bun and adding your favorite toppings.
To store, place patties in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
To reheat, bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
For freezing, wrap individually and store for up to 3 months.
