4 salmon fillets

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 lemon, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place salmon fillets on the sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle Cajun seasoning generously.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top each fillet with lemon slices.

4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

5. Remove and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Reheat salmon in the oven at 350°F for 5–7 minutes to retain moisture.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
