Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 cup croutons, crushed

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the shrimp in the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for about 2–3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.

3. Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave for easy wrapping. Spread Caesar dressing over each.

4. Layer each tortilla with chopped Romaine lettuce, grilled shrimp, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.

5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it into a tight wrap. Cut in half and serve immediately.
