Method
- In a medium bowl, beat softened butter until light and fluffy
- Add minced garlic and mix thoroughly
- Stir in honey, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce until fully combined
- Add all dry spices (paprika, cayenne, mustard powder, black pepper, salt) one at a time, mixing after each addition
- Gently fold in chopped fresh herbs
- Transfer mixture to plastic wrap and shape into a log
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight) before serving
- Slice into coins and serve over grilled meats, vegetables, or bread
