Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches sliced into wedges
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries halved
  • 1 cup seedless grapes halved
  • 1 navel orange peeled and segmented
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel.
  2. Slice peaches into 1/2-inch wedges, removing pits. Halve strawberries and grapes.
  3. Gently peel orange and separate into segments, removing any white pith.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine peaches, blueberries, strawberries, grapes, and orange segments.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, cinnamon, and sea salt until smooth.
  6. Drizzle dressing over the fruit and toss very gently to coat without breaking softer fruits.
  7. Sprinkle chopped mint leaves over the top and give one final gentle toss.
  8. Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours before serving for flavors to meld.

Notes

For best texture, serve within 4 hours. Substitute maple syrup for honey if vegan. Add 1/2 cup cubed watermelon for extra juiciness.
