Sheet Pan Garlic Steak

Tender steak bites coated in garlic butter, roasted with vegetables for a quick and delicious weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups baby potatoes halved
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss steak pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Arrange steak and vegetables on a sheet pan in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, or 15 minutes for medium.
  5. Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a bowl.
  6. Brush steak with garlic butter during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
