Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 16 oz jar pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice from the jar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, oregano, and salt.
  3. Sear chicken thighs for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Pour pepperoncini juice into the skillet and add the whole pepperoncini peppers.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve chicken with peppers and drizzle with pan juices.
  7. Optional: Serve with mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave.
