Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to broil and position the rack 6 inches from the top.
  2. Step 2: Use kitchen shears to cut down the top of each lobster shell, stopping at the tail.
  3. Step 3: Gently pull the meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base, and lay it on top.
  4. Step 4: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Step 5: Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  6. Step 6: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes until opaque and cooked through.
  7. Step 7: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the lobster tails for garnish.
  8. Step 8: Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing.

Notes

Be careful not to overcook the lobster to keep it tender and juicy.
