Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chia seeds, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and zest.
  2. Slowly pour in almond milk while stirring to prevent clumping.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup and mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir before serving and add your favorite toppings.

Notes

For a vegan version, use coconut yogurt and maple syrup.
