- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken pieces in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce. Heat over low heat, stirring until well combined and slightly thickened.
- Toss the cooked chicken in the hot honey sauce until fully coated.
- To assemble the bowls, divide cooked rice among four bowls. Top with hot honey chicken, shredded carrots, green onions, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra spice, add more hot sauce to the honey mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
