Honey Mustard Baked Chicken Breast

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Step 3: Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  4. Step 4: Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken, making sure each breast is evenly coated.
  5. Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Step 6: Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Step 7: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the honey mustard mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
