Method
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Step 3: Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Step 4: Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken, making sure each breast is evenly coated.
- Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Step 6: Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Step 7: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the honey mustard mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
