- Step 7: Season beef with garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, cooking for 1 more minute until fragrant.
- Step 8: Divide cooked quinoa among 4 bowls, top with seasoned ground beef and roasted vegetables.
- Step 9: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately while hot.
