- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two 9-inch cake pans.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in vanilla extract, then alternate adding dry ingredients with guava nectar and milk.
- Divide batter between pans and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and guava nectar.
- Frost cooled cake layers and serve.
