Garlic Parmesan Meatloaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, eggs, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread this glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite sides and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze slices for up to 3 months.
