Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method

  1. Step 1: Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
  2. Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken bites and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Step 4: Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Let the mixture simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Return the chicken bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked through.
  6. Step 6: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately over rice, pasta, or with your favorite side dish.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
