Ingredients
  

  • 1 roll 16.5 oz refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi slices
  • 1/2 cup mandarin oranges drained
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon apricot preserves
  • 1 teaspoon water

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Press the sugar cookie dough onto an ungreased pizza pan, forming a crust.
  3. Step 3: Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
  4. Step 4: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Step 5: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  6. Step 6: Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, and raspberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  7. Step 7: In a small bowl, mix the apricot preserves and water. Brush over the fruit to glaze.
  8. Step 8: Chill the fruit pizza in the refrigerator for at least an hour before slicing and serving.
