Ingredients
  

  • 2 large bananas
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Peel and slice each banana into four equal pieces.
  2. Step 2: Spread peanut butter on one side of each banana slice.
  3. Step 3: Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the peanut butter.
  4. Step 4: Place banana slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Step 5: Freeze the banana slices for 1 hour.
  6. Step 6: Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  7. Step 7: Stir in vanilla extract and sea salt into the melted chocolate.
  8. Step 8: Dip each frozen banana slice into the chocolate mixture, covering it completely.
  9. Step 9: Return the chocolate-covered bananas to the parchment-lined tray and freeze for another hour.
  10. Step 10: Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For extra sweetness, drizzle honey over the peanut butter before adding peanuts.
