- Step 1: Peel and slice each banana into four equal pieces.
- Step 2: Spread peanut butter on one side of each banana slice.
- Step 3: Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the peanut butter.
- Step 4: Place banana slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Step 5: Freeze the banana slices for 1 hour.
- Step 6: Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Step 7: Stir in vanilla extract and sea salt into the melted chocolate.
- Step 8: Dip each frozen banana slice into the chocolate mixture, covering it completely.
- Step 9: Return the chocolate-covered bananas to the parchment-lined tray and freeze for another hour.
- Step 10: Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
For extra sweetness, drizzle honey over the peanut butter before adding peanuts.
