  • 1 tsp citrus zest lemon or orange
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Let butter soften at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine butter with your chosen ingredients.
  3. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Transfer to parchment paper and roll into a log.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour or freeze for later use.
