Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
