- Step 1: Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Step 2: Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Step 3: Pour chicken broth and salsa over the chicken.
- Step 4: Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
- Step 5: Remove chicken and shred it using two forks.
- Step 6: Return shredded chicken to the crockpot.
- Step 7: Stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and sour cream until melted and creamy.
- Step 8: Add chopped cilantro and mix well.
- Step 9: Serve warm with tortillas, rice, or your favorite toppings.
Notes
For extra spice, use hot salsa or add diced jalapeƱos. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
