- Step 1: In a large bowl, mix the shrimp with olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- Step 3: While the shrimp is cooking, prepare the rice if it’s not already cooked.
- Step 4: In a small bowl, mix the fresh cilantro and lime juice to make the cilantro-lime dressing.
- Step 5: To assemble the bowls, divide the cooked rice evenly among four bowls.
- Step 6: Top each bowl with the cooked shrimp, sliced avocado, and diced red bell pepper.
- Step 7: Drizzle the cilantro-lime dressing over the top of each bowl.
- Step 8: Serve immediately and enjoy the burst of flavors!
Notes
For an extra kick, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
