Ingredients
Method
- Step 1: Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let them rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Step 3: Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
- Step 4: Lay out each tortilla and spread 1-2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing evenly over the surface.
- Step 5: Place a handful of chopped romaine lettuce in the center of each tortilla.
- Step 6: Add sliced chicken on top of the lettuce, followed by a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and croutons.
- Step 7: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
- Step 8: Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of lemon juice or a sprinkle of fresh parsley. Use grilled chicken leftovers for an even quicker meal!
