Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let them rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  3. Step 3: Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
  4. Step 4: Lay out each tortilla and spread 1-2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing evenly over the surface.
  5. Step 5: Place a handful of chopped romaine lettuce in the center of each tortilla.
  6. Step 6: Add sliced chicken on top of the lettuce, followed by a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and croutons.
  7. Step 7: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
  8. Step 8: Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of lemon juice or a sprinkle of fresh parsley. Use grilled chicken leftovers for an even quicker meal!
