Chicken Caesar Pasta Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Step 2: Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, heavy cream, garlic powder, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Step 4: Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and toss until well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Step 5: Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Step 6: In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, remaining Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and olive oil. Sprinkle this mixture over the pasta.
  7. Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Step 8: Let the bake cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a handful of croutons on top before baking. You can also use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
