Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
  2. Step 2: Add minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
  3. Step 3: Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Step 4: Warm the tortillas in the skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
  5. Step 5: Sprinkle a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  6. Step 6: Divide the cooked chicken evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center.
  7. Step 7: Top the chicken with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
  8. Step 8: Fold the sides of the tortillas inward, then roll them up tightly to form wraps.
  9. Step 9: Heat the wraps in the skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until the cheese melts and the tortillas are golden.
  10. Step 10: Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the chicken while cooking.
