Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Step 2: Combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Step 3: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, 3/4 cup sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Step 4: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Spread evenly.
  5. Step 5: In another bowl, mix flour and brown sugar. Cut in cold cubed butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Step 6: Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the cheesecake filling.
  7. Step 7: Gently scatter the fresh blueberries on top.
  8. Step 8: Bake in preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  9. Step 9: Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, add a teaspoon of lemon zest to the cheesecake filling.
