- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat olive oil in large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Step 2: Add ground turkey, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until no pink remains, about 5 minutes.
- Step 3: Stir in onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until vegetables soften, about 4 minutes.
- Step 4: Mix in kidney beans, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, paprika and chicken broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Step 5: While chili simmers, separate biscuit dough into individual biscuits.
- Step 6: Arrange biscuits over chili in skillet, spacing them evenly.
- Step 7: Bake for 15-18 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Step 8: Let cool 5 minutes before serving. Biscuits will soak up some chili juices.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush biscuits with melted butter before baking. Leftovers keep well refrigerated for 3 days.
