Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F or oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and garlic powder to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Toss salmon pieces in half of the sauce until coated.
- Arrange salmon in air fryer basket or on a lined baking sheet. Cook for 8-10 minutes (air fryer) or 12-15 minutes (oven), flipping halfway through.
- Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, carrots, cucumber, and edamame. Drizzle with remaining sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, use tofu or tempeh instead of salmon.
