- In a bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
- Place drumsticks in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Optional: Broil drumsticks on a baking sheet for 2–3 minutes for crispy skin.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
You can finish them under the broiler for 2–3 minutes if you want crispier skin. Great served with rice, potatoes, or a simple green salad. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days.
