- Wash and thinly slice radishes using a sharp knife or mandoline.

Notes
Best served immediately to preserve the crunch. You can add sliced cucumbers, feta cheese, or chopped herbs like dill or chives for extra flavor. Great as a BBQ side or light lunch with grilled fish.
