Crispy Pretzel Crisps dipped in smooth white chocolate and topped with crushed peppermint for an easy, festive no-bake holiday treat.
40 Pretzel Crisps (thin, flat)
12 ounces white chocolate melting wafers or chips
1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
2. Crush peppermint candies in a sealed bag using a rolling pin.
3. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts at 50% power, stirring until smooth.
4. Dip each Pretzel Crisp fully or halfway into the melted white chocolate and tap off excess with a fork.
5. Immediately sprinkle crushed peppermint over the wet chocolate.
6. Place on the prepared baking sheet and chill 5 to 10 minutes until set.
7. Repeat in small batches to keep the chocolate fluid, then store in an airtight container.
Use high-quality white chocolate for the smoothest melt. Almond bark works as a substitute for melting wafers. Keep all tools completely dry to prevent the chocolate from seizing.
