Warm, cheesy Turkey Cranberry Sliders made with soft Hawaiian rolls, savory turkey, tangy cranberry sauce, and a buttery seasoned topping.
12 Hawaiian rolls or other soft slider buns
10–12 ounces cooked or deli turkey, sliced or shredded
1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
6 slices provolone, Havarti, or Swiss cheese
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon Dijon or yellow mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon poppy seeds or everything bagel seasoning (optional)
1 teaspoon onion powder or dried minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish so the Turkey Cranberry Sliders release easily.
2. Without pulling the rolls apart, slice the entire sheet horizontally to create a top and bottom layer, and place the bottom half into the baking dish.
3. Evenly layer the turkey over the bottom buns, making sure every future slider will get plenty of meat.
4. Gently spread the cranberry sauce over the turkey, then add the cheese slices in an even layer so each slider gets gooey and melty.
5. Place the top half of the rolls back on, keeping everything lined up for easy slicing later.
6. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and optional seeds until smooth and fragrant.
7. Pour or brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls, letting it drip into the seams for extra flavor.
8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the Turkey Cranberry Sliders are heated through.
9. Remove the foil and bake another 3–5 minutes to lightly toast the tops, then slice along the roll lines and serve warm.
Use leftover holiday turkey or deli turkey for an easy shortcut.
For extra flavor, add a layer of stuffing or a smear of cream cheese under the turkey.
