Spinach Artichoke Dip is a warm, cheesy, and irresistibly creamy party favorite that’s always a crowd-pleaser. Easy to make ahead, customizable, and perfect with bread, chips, or veggies.
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
3. Add spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
4. Add lemon juice if desired. Combine thoroughly.
5. Spoon mixture into baking dish and smooth top. Add extra cheese on top if desired.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Broil for extra browning if needed.
7. Let cool slightly and serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.
Make it spicy by adding jalapeños or hot sauce.
