This Pineapple Cranberry Christmas Drink is a bright, bubbly holiday punch made with cranberry juice, pineapple juice, ginger ale, and a splash of orange—finished with festive fruit for an easy crowd-pleasing party drink.

Ingredients

Scale

3 cups chilled cranberry juice (100% juice or cranberry cocktail)

3 cups chilled pineapple juice

3 cups chilled ginger ale or lemon-lime soda

1 cup orange juice

1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries (for garnish)

1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned (drained)

12 limes, thinly sliced

Ice cubes or a large ice ring

Optional: 1 cup chilled sparkling water (for a lighter punch)

Optional adults-only: 1–1½ cups white rum, vodka, or prosecco

Instructions

1. Chill all juices, soda, and alcohol (if using) for at least 4 hours so the punch starts cold.

2. In a large punch bowl or drink dispenser, pour in cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice. Stir gently to combine.

3. Add ginger ale just before serving to keep the bubbles lively. If using sparkling water, add it now too.

4. For a boozy version, slowly stir in your chosen spirit and taste as you go until balanced.

5. Top with cranberries, pineapple chunks, and lime slices, then add ice or an ice ring to keep everything chilled.

6. Set out a ladle and cups, and give the bowl a gentle stir occasionally to redistribute the fruit.

Notes

Add the soda right before serving so it stays fizzy.

Use an ice ring (or frozen cranberries/pineapple) to keep it cold without watering it down.

For a less-sweet version, choose 100% juices and swap part of the soda for sparkling water.

If adding alcohol, start with 1 cup, taste, then increase as desired.
