Lemon Blueberry Cottage Cheese Protein Bites are the ultimate no-bake snack—zesty, creamy, fruity, and protein-packed. Perfect for busy days or healthy cravings on-the-go.
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
1½ cups rolled oats (old-fashioned)
½ cup vanilla protein powder
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
½ cup dried blueberries
1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest (zest from 1–2 lemons)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Blend cottage cheese, honey, lemon zest, and vanilla in a food processor until smooth.
2. Transfer to a bowl and mix in oats and protein powder until a thick dough forms. Adjust texture with more oats or a splash of milk.
3. Fold in dried blueberries gently.
4. Roll into tablespoon-sized balls with damp hands. Place on parchment paper.
5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
