Honey lemon turmeric gummies combine the anti-inflammatory power of turmeric, the immune boost of lemon and honey, and the gut-soothing benefits of gelatin. Easy to make and kid-approved, they’re a delicious way to stay healthy.
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
1 cup filtered water
4 tbsp unflavored gelatin (preferably grass-fed)
3–4 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp ground turmeric powder
1/4 tsp mineral salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4–6 ice cubes
Optional: grated fresh ginger, cinnamon, or extra lemon zest
1. Pour lemon juice and water into a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin on top, and let bloom for 5 minutes.
2. Gently heat over medium-low, stirring constantly until gelatin is fully dissolved (about 3–5 minutes). Do not boil.
3. Add turmeric, salt, and black pepper; whisk well until fully incorporated.
4. Remove from heat and stir in the raw honey.
5. Add ice cubes and stir until mixture is cooled and slightly thickened.
6. Pour into silicone molds or a parchment-lined 8×8 baking dish.
7. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight until firm.
8. Pop out of molds or cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Use silicone molds for easy removal.
Add ginger for extra digestive and immune support.
Always add honey after removing from heat to preserve its nutrients.
Store in fridge for 2 weeks or freezer for 3 months.
These are not suitable for children under 1 year due to raw honey.
