Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are golden biscuit pockets stuffed with seasoned beef, cheddar, and cream cheese—perfect for parties or easy dinners.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Brown ground beef with garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Drain grease.

3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in cream cheese and cheddar until melted and smooth.

4. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each into 3-4 inch circles.

5. Place a spoonful of beef filling in center of each dough circle.

6. Fold dough over filling and pinch to seal tightly.

7. Mix melted butter and Parmesan, then brush tops of bombs generously.

8. Arrange on baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.

9. Cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Freeze unbaked bombs on a tray, then store in freezer bags for up to 3 months. Bake straight from frozen.

Customize with bacon, jalapeños, or alternative cheeses for variety.
