Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are quick, comforting, and packed with flavor—melty cheese, garlicky chicken, and crispy golden tortillas. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or a freezer-friendly meal prep win.

Ingredients

Scale

2 large tortillas (regular, whole wheat, or low-carb)

7 oz cooked chicken (chopped or shredded)

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp light mayonnaise

1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

2 tsp hot sauce (optional)

1/4 tsp salt

3 oz shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)

1 green onion, chopped (optional)

Olive oil spray or butter (for pan toasting)

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, garlic, mayo, yogurt, hot sauce, and salt. Mix well.

2. Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle 2 tbsp cheese on the lower third. Add half the chicken mixture. Top with another tbsp of cheese and green onion.

3. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito. Repeat with the second tortilla.

4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high. Lightly spray or drizzle oil. Place wraps seam-side down.

5. Cook 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is melted.

6. Slice each wrap in half and serve hot. Optional: serve with dips like ranch or hot sauce.

Notes

Wraps can be prepped ahead, stored for 3 days in the fridge, or frozen up to 2 months. Reheat in a pan or oven for best texture.
