This Cajun Steak Cheesy Rigatoni Parmesan recipe is the perfect balance of spicy, creamy, and savory—ideal for comforting weeknight dinners or crowd-pleasing parties.
1 lb steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups cooked rigatoni pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
1. Season the sliced steak with Cajun seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the steak and cook until browned, then remove from the skillet.
3. In the same skillet, add heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Stir in parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the cheesy sauce.
5. Return the steak to the skillet, mixing gently to combine with the pasta and sauce.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
Use fresh grated cheese for a smoother sauce. Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for desired heat level. Store leftovers up to 3 days; reheat gently with cream or milk to refresh the sauce.
